double booking

I synchronize 3 calendars - but somehow my recent reservation was double-booked. I have written to the 

guest repeatedly, but have gotten no response. How can I cancel his reservation?

Hi Thomas how are you doing the Sync**?

Are you using a 3rd party service such as syncbnb.com?


**BdC Calendar sync is unreliable without a 3rd party channel manager.


Some steps for cancelling yourself :


  • Reservation details page
  • Use the message feature at bottom to notify guest of intent,and that they must click on the second notification by the system to complete it,

    and if they prepaid on checkout to BdC then that will auto refund in full only if they click.
  • Now on same page top right pane, click Request Cancelation
  • Choose option 2 to notify Guest, (option one could be used if deposit or prepay not received or if fake or not contactable in some cases)
  • Wait for guest to click the notify message link
  • If after say 3-4 days (or less depending on how limited time may be) no action taken then phone BdC Partner Support


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

***the Partner Support Number displayed is private, so for alternative , you can use of of the main line public numbers from here.
