double booking on web site . extranet


I have  guest that has booked 3 rooms, i then have three seperate guests book on the same night ( i only have 3 rooms)

What do i do, or contact to get this changed as this is not my fault but the web page and a customer is going mad at me?

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Same! booking.com seems to have gone rogue of late. EVERYTIME I get a booking from them I go to booking.com and those nights are still available to be booked!!!

I rent out an entire house (Bnb). There is only one. 
I have to manually go in and close it EVERY time someone books with booking.com. 
It’s quite worrying, it started happening about a fortnight ago.
