Double registration of our property

Trying to list our Guest House with Booking.com.  It has been registered twice under 2 different numbers.  How do we delete one of them?  Also, the previous owners listed the property as a Bed & Breakfast which we are not and do not want this.  We are a Guest House.

We have previously worked with Booking.com and could contact someone if we had a problem.  This no longer seems to be the case.
