You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

It is really very complicated to send e-mail thriugh Inbox !
Use the option 'booking.com messages' and you can start message to the help team.
Only other way is to manually change your availability using Rates, Calendar.
