EARLY DEPARTURE OF INHOUSE GUEST

Good morning,

 

we have a guest that arrived yesterday and needs to leave 2 days earlier.

He has paid with a virtual card.

We intent not to charge cancellation fees, only the nights he stayed.

Please advise.
