Editing Pomotions

What used to be an easy task of editing promotions, ie date change or pricing is now seems to be unavailable.

I am probably at fault....could anyone please tell me how to do this. I have already tried looking for solutions...but must be looking in the wrong place!!  Apart from an instruction to cancell the promotion and create a new one.  I don't want to do that I just want to edit the exisiting one.

It used to be so simple?

Can anyone please help?

Hi

 

I just had a look at it and create a test basic promo.

 

Then I went back to the promo list and on the right of each promo row is an elipse style menu, aka 3 vertical dots.

 

when you click on that there is edit, then I was able to alter:

  • % set
  • bookable dates
  • Stay dates 
  • and save changes.

 

where edit a promo is located on promo list page

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
