Good morning, in the company I work for, a profile had been created with you to manage reservations, however we had a change of partner who refused to provide the access codes for all accounts, including this one. I need to know what can be done to regain access or change the email to which it is linked
You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with this problem. Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

These are what are known as Role Based Access Control.
A reservation contact with email X if different from the owner/ person who setup the first property listing originally , can easily be overridden.
But in order to do so you must logon to Extranet as the primary account email address and password.
If you do not have that either and know the partner ID you could try contacting the BdC Support Team ,but that will not be available if you have no logon at all to Extranet.
In that case you only have access to the general phone numbers
