Error problem when trying to put in a REPORT on GUEST MISCONDUCT

I've been trying to  report GUEST MISCONDUCT but the booking.com system keeps on flashing a message that says "Please Provide details of the damage"  

I am reporting guest misconduct for breaking House Rules, NOT DAMAGE.

Can you please resolve the error on your system!
