Expired booking
Dear, Because of the current situation regarding Covid 19 we did not work. As a result, we didn’t see this email, and our booking expired. We would like to activate the booking for "Hotel Sejla", so we need further information. Best regards!

I'm going to read that as :
"Due to COV19 we were not open. As a result we did not monitor Inbox, and a Guest Booking dates, came and went. i.e. the check out date is now in the past , and therefore we did not get to mark it as No Show" Is this a correct translation?
If it is indeed just a No Show that was not marked.
You can simply use tyhe Finance Menu > Reservations , and tick the box for that one to Dispute it and update its status.
Of simple message BdC Support with the reference and why it should be marked No Show.

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
