Fake bookings

All I have had from booking. Com is fake bookings and there is no where to find someone to attend to urgent messages it's like there are no human beings to help just a maze of faceless interactive intranet solutions that yield no results I am happy to sign off I didn't even know where to tick off a no show even though I wrote on the intranet about my no show I have lost revenue which is not being addressed rather I get invoice payment with threats to suspend my account do go ahead booking. Com I am happy to jump off this ship myself infact I will deactivate myself partner.

add prepay method and process with a time limit to prepay before you will click request cancel and then option 1.
