Fake Home for Rental

we've tried with mails and phonecalls to contact booking, but it was not possible. Just random answers...

Someone has put our house for rent on booking.com.

I am the owner of this house and it is not for rent. We live in this house!

This ad is fake! two days ago a woman stood in front of our door and wanted to move in....
 

How can help me to delete this ad??
