Fake Identity and Verification
I recently had a booking and the communication was all above board. When it came to checking out, the guest had not even attempted to pack and I was forced to help her. She was clearly a sex worker and nothing like what the stay had been communicated as. On investigation, her identity was 99% fraudulent.
How do other hosts ensure that guests are not using fake identities?
block them by asking for payment /deposit , partial or full in New Reservation template with a timelimt before you will click Request Cancel then option 1.
that will put a stop to that nonsense.
