fake reservation

I have been receiving reservations on BOOKING.COM from fake people.   When I try to call these guest profile phone, it says invalid number.  I write them messages, and it they dont reply, and I ask them to cancel and they dont.  we feel these are fake costumers that are affecting the avilability of our calendar.  I try to get a help from BOOKING.COM, but dont find where...
