fake reservation
we recived a reservation of 7 days by an italian guy that in the information put a wrong telephon nr. and no address. My policy is that telephon number ed address have to be verified and real. I keep to call booking for verify the dates and they say that is an Agoda nr, but on the phone start ..."this nr does'nt existe.
I feel frustrated.
There is anyone able to help me?

Usually if you have the policy set for guest to provide both then that is all you can do..
signup and address verification may be limited and is not catching this.
