False booking
How can I get the list of all reservations I received for last two years? Every year one name appears again and again with false reservation. I can not get older reservations then 1 year, and therefore I can not check if I remember that name well? That name makes reservation a year in advance for a month. Booking accepts it and my property is blocked for a year! Shortly before "arrival" that reservation is canceled. That happened already for two years and I believe that it already made booking for summer 2020. How can I check old reservations to see if I remember well?
Do you not keep your own records?!
We use a simple spreadsheet, very searchable. We have our own past 3 years on record, one sheet for each year.
Additionally, stop accepting free-cancellation booking, you leave yourself wide open to abuse which is getting worse year on year. Your guest is very likely using you for visa purposes or is a competing property in your area.
Thanks for responding, but did not help me. I have record for all guests which have been at my place, but not for all booking. There are a lot of them. More then real guests! Also, I did not expect that booking will block me to see all my bookings for more then 1 year? Is there any way to extend recording and remembering data in booking system? Before this season I changed my rules regarding free-cancellation booking but Booking did not apply them till now? I do not know why? Probably this is some of my competitors here trying to block me until they receive enough reservations. Strange that Booking does not protect me from this? Thanks anyway

I most certainly DID keep a record of all of these until my non-refundable rates were all in place.
A one year limit is pretty common amongst the OTAs although I do understand your surprise.
Looks strange to me. How can they make any statistics for only one year data? You can not see trend or how does things change if you are looking only 365 days information. Anyway, WHY they do not keep data permanently when we pay them such a big money?
