FIXING ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR BOOKING

Hi,

we like to know how to fix  an advance payment amount or reservation fees when a customer is reserving our property. Also we need information on fixing the cancellation fees when a customer is cancelling a reservation.

  1. please elaborate in full- how to fix  an advance payment amount or reservation fees when a customer is reserving
    1. if you mean how to get prepaid so as to reduce the drama and fake, no shows then its actually very simple.
    2. first opt out of any payment plan with BdC
    3. now sign up with a payment service provider ,e.g. square, sumup
      1. ask for VCC support option too
    4. now define the guest prepay process into the message template -New Reservation
    5. include a time limit, after which you click Request Cancel, and option 1. then phone partner support to expedite freeing up inventory.

    1. if no prepay there there is zero to collect.
