Foreign guest booked for 15 nights in height food season.

I am not comfortable with the Coronavirus in a third wave in Europe to host a German couple who have booked 15 nights in July. Please advise

That sounds like you are getting ahead of yourself.

We're still in March, hold fire until June 1st at least.

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
