nice but doesn't that fresh supplies create a potential issue to stock and restock , dispose of when nothing consumed etc..

I found I was at the start paying too much for such things as they were not getting used or barely so I stopped doing it.

I guess it will depend on your property type and if you live there too.

We provide our guests a 12-cup coffee maker with ground coffee (in air-tight jars of regular and decaffeinated dark roast coffee), sugars, coffee creamer, tea bags, bottled waters and dry packaged pastries (biscotti and granola bars).

Fresh fruit and pastries would spoil too fast.

We also provide many local goodies but as Barry said we live in property so that makes it easy.
