This is generally not something you apply for. 

I could give a masterclass in SEO, Google spider crawling but the gist of it is, you just wait, and at some point it will appear.

Then there is an actual Google My Business Service too. These are two different things.

If you just mean how do you get to appear in google search results, it is still simply wait for the google bot (spider crawl) to do its thing.

If you meant something else entirely, please elaborate further.
