The guest

Is it possible to make a complain about a guest? 

And not let him do a review on our page?

He is rude and very scary ... His booking number: 3076889617

As long as the guest is still in your property, you can add the misconduct report though the reservation slip in the extranet and avoid that the guest stays with you again by blocking them (Guest will not know they have been blocked). However, the guest will still be entitled to give a review as it is their subjective opinion of their experience, remember, you can offer a reply back to put your side of the story so the potential guests see either your ability to respond and handle complaints and see the quality of service you offer.

If the guest has checked out, you can call Customer Service to add the report to the booking.

Thank you for your answer.

The guest is still here and refused to pay for his sheets and towels cause he thought it was a costume at hostel to offer sheets for free.

He feels dangerous and I belive it is not ok that he has an oppurtunity to write review.

If we do not check hom out in our system, what happens then?

Will he still be able?
