Guest didnt arrive

Hi. One of the reservations didnt arrive and didnt cancel 24h before. How do we require the payment? I change the status of reservation as 'guest didnt arrive' to not to pay at least to Booking thw fee... but how can I get the 100% of the price when he didnt cancel on time? 

It is clearly stated he should pay the price, but he doesnt seem to care. I think at least his account should be blocked to not to repeat it to other bussinessess.
