A guest has added 2 people to a booking and the money hasn't changed?

Hi 

First loose the attitude it won't help the situation. 

Second the root cause is how you configured the room type under room details...or

If you have occupancy based rates, it is incorrect. 

If its not OB rates then you just need to open the room type,

 Scroll down to Occupancy. 

Here you will find two links related to charging extra for extra kids and or adults. 

Simply set accordingly.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
