Guest misconduct

Good Morning, 

I would like to report an incident with a client. The reservation number is *** and his name is *** ***. He used our mini bar and left really early in the morning without notifying us, so he didn't pay for the mini bar. What do we do in such cases? Do you contact him?

open their reservation page and click report guest.

 

normally there would be a card recorded for such things or if no card a nominal charge of 50euro , refundable on checkout.
