Guest misconduct
A guest of mine, currently staying, was found early this morning with one of my staff member's and in their unit. Tge staff member has spent a night with the guest.
We have suspended the employee, please assist me with what i should do with the guest?

This can be a very bad PR situation for your entity.
I would terminate the employee's contract immediately, not just suspend her/him.
For the guest, you really cannot enforce anything on the guest because the fault is on the employee who accepted this or made the move on the guest.
If the guest was the one seducing staff, then clearly you can ban him from the premises, however if it wasn't his initiative, I would let it go.

I have since suspended her pending internal investigations as to who is at fault, I will definitely dismiss her and probably just let the guest go.

Sound advice fron Zsolt, I would do the same.
We've had the one occurrence of a guest making unsolicited advances on a member of staff, who was understandably upset.
The guest was summoned to reception, shown the cctv video and ejected on the spot.
Zero tolerance, both ways, is our rule.

Just make sure you go through All the correct channels hey, otherwise you will end up with a CCMA case for unfair dismissal. It sounds like you are following the right road with the internal investigation though.
