Guest of misconduct - Can they write a review on our Booking.com page?
We had some rather rude guests stay with us who left without saying goodbye or more importantly, without paying! They simply left the key on reception. We followed this up and they now have paid but were rather rude about it. I've reported guest of misconduct for this.
Does anyone have any experience to whether a guest can write a review on booking.com if they have been reported as a guest of misconduct?
Hannah I had a guest who did not stay or pay and still was able to write a review....he was a scammer who planned it....I understood his language .....I always take photos of room now before a guest enters.
