Guest review- mistake


guest informed me he gave me 10 out of 10 star feedback but I could see 7.5 out of 10 for facilities. This can not be correct since my facilities are very high standard and guest told me everything is great. Also guest told me he would like to contact you to correct it if it is a mistake happened by guest.

I have just started my listing in booking. Com and for me it is very important to keep the review in high standard. I am only listing one room at the moment and I hope to rent all my other rooms when I bit learn Bookincom. So please could you contact this guest and correct the feedback ?

Sorry to hear that…of course it’s very important to have an excellent review…

It happened to me also…

You have to tell your guest to call your local BDC office and ask them to send the guest the email review so they can submit it once again…
