Have you tried responding to the review using the Pulse App? Here are the instructions which look pretty straight forward off the help file: It’s easy to respond to guest reviews on Pulse. Just open the app on your iOS or Android device and follow these steps: Go to the ‘More’ tab and select ‘Guest reviews’. If you manage multiple properties within a group account, choose which property’s reviews you want to see. Select a review to respond to. Scroll down and tap on the ‘Reply’ button. Write your response and choose ‘Send’. GL and let us know if you manage.
