guest reviews and no show status

Hello Dear Reader of this message.
First of all, we hope that you are doing great.
Secondly, my name is Ardit Dyla and we opened a hotel in Gjakova, Kosovo, on 12th of November 2020 and we didn't have informations about the option ''No Show'' in extranet, and the client with the name ''** ***'', left a review of 3.0, even though she never came at the hotel.
Unfortunately, we didn't put the option ''no show'' and the client left us a review 3.0, even though she never came at the hotel.
Our question is simple:
Can we remove this reviews, since the client never came at the hotel?

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC...

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
