Guest Reviews - Hotel response
Some of our responses to Guests reviews have been rejected.
I am assuming it was because we invited the guests to contact us directly. However we did not invite the Guests to book directly, we simply invited the Guests to, once booked, contact the Hotel so that the issues previously experienced are looked after and make sure they will not happen again.
