Guest is saying they cannot book but my property is available and I cannot see why.

Hi community, 

A potential guest is saying they cannot book but my property is available and I cannot see why. 

Would someone be able to help me identify why they cannot book please? 

"It says that the property is no longer available when I click through to pay but if I look for availability then it’s still showing up available."
