the guest that was coming todaym says she had cancelled some time ago, but in my page it says she was coming today, she says she is not coming and she can´t cancel now because she has already done it some time ago.... I need to have my calendar unblocked today and tomorrow (the days she was supposed to be here, I can until the "not shown" bottom gets unlocked

If they prepaid then you actually don't need to do anything but if not then speak to BdC.
Is there booking actually still showing as active in the reservation list and when you click on it, and scroll down is it active or cancelled?
