Guest would like to alter his review

A guest typed in 10 for reviuws but the system gave us 7.5. He would like to change that.

His text is:

Vielen Dank für die guten Tips und die Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bewertung sollte eigentlich alles 10 sein ( das habe ich auch so eingegeben- Sauberkeit war auch super, ich versuche das zu ändern. ) Matratze ist ja nur subjektiv, deshalb der Hinweis , falls jemand ähnliche Probleme hat. Viele Grüße Joël
