Guest *** would like to stay another night
my guest has asked if she could stay another night. This is fine, I do not have the place booked again for a few days. How do I charge her for another night?
It would be simpler to collect for the extra night directly, less commission paid then :)
but if you have no way to meet them to collect the cash,
or cant charge over phone with a virtual terminal service (online or app) from said payment provider... or message them a payment link to pay in advance for.
then just ring BdC support directly now,
and request extension and for them to bill they guest for the extranet.
