Guests booking for 1 person then more staying
Hi is there anyway we can cancel guests bookings when they pay heavily discounted rates for one person staying at the property and then having 4 people coming? Is there anyway of cancelling the booking? This has happened to me on quite a few occasions. We haven’t reported guest misconduct as they would leave bad reviews!!! Any ideas of how we can actually take control?

Hi I have called them on many occasions for lots of other issues and one of the customer service reps said that you are within your rights to report guest misconduct but they could leave you bad feedback. This makes you not report incidents as the bad feedback would restrict the guests booking your property!
Few days ago guests tried to sneek in a 3rd person in the apartment for 2. I went to the apartment and asked him to leave, reported everything through the Pulse app and of course they left a bad review. Do I care? No, I will just keep doing what i,ve been doing this whole time and one bad review won't affect my bussines. Anyway, its definitely not fair and I am disapointed in booking support for not standing for us in those situations. Guests can easily blackmail us this way and we should ignore everything just to avoid a bad review? No way buddy, in my house they will respect my rules. Cheers!
