Guests with a lot of problems, dishonesty and rudeness.

I have guests who have problems. they booked for two but are 4 and tried to hide. they are very rude and almost tell us to shut up, they have been lying to us endlessly. I'm very sorry for these guests. Should I talk to the police or what? these are very bad guests, I demand that it be closed sooner that they give a rating and I want them to be prosecuted. Please call me as soon as possible kv Anna

  1. No one will see this and call you, instead you call Bdc Partner support directly as per below.
  2. So due to the neature of this , first talk to BdC to see what they advise.
  3. If they wont do anything, then phone local police for advise.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
