Guests who don't pay for the reservation and don't even bother to cancel


I manage several properties and have advertisements on practically all reservation sites, but only on Booking.com I have problems because the guest cancels if he wants and whenever he wants and the host has all the bureaucracy to fulfill or is penalized. A lot of time is wasted on this kind of useless work. Why not set a fine for guests who book and do not cancel within the deadline given for payment? The guest is always right for Booking.com.

what is your cancelation/payment policy?

You can change it to non refundable and with 1day (for instance) free cancellation/50% charge (or more)
