Hallo I have a problem about my apartment

On 6 to 8 may my apartment is full because of Airbnb but some other people booked also from booking, I changed the days for them but they have to cancel the booking. They must cancel without to pay

this is booking’s problem because didn’t contact so we’ll with Airbnb and now this problem came up
