Having great problems trying to edit some details of the property

I need to change check in times and check out times.

I also need to get rid of Pet friendly

Also bookings have been made when I am fully booked. do not understand why

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

This can also be due to different settings for rooms. e.g. If you have a room only rate AND BnB rate with separate availability, one will not cancel out the other.

Another reason, maybe you have auto top up activated, I think it is by default IIRC. i.e when your availability is exhausted on BDC, more will be added.
