Hello. Booking.com asked if I would say the three most important tips in being a holiday let host.

First of all I do  not claim to be a super duper hostess but since they  have asked me here goes.  I would say the most important tip is friendliness and openness.  I am not picky about booking in or departure times when it does not matter; Next of course if cleanliness.  Then warmth in our climate.  A good working central heating system.  I could add decent beds and bedding/downies.  But that would be one tip too many!  I would welcome any tips from others but it is not my intention to begin to serve hot scones and butter to new guests, or leave a bottle of wine for them!
