As you are responsible for generating a invoice/receipt for business guests, I would advise you get either:

1. setup or download and customise a template for a spreadsheet - google , excel or another spreadsheet program.  
2. an online invoicing system, some free like www.tradeshift.com

you then pull all the info fro mthe reservation details page, in some cases they have not have provided their business name, address, company reg number , vat number, so ask them to do so, if they want a business receipt for expenses.
