Please make sure you are using correct login name while logging in. If you are not sure, which is the correct login name, please contact our customer support team:

When they log on t oExtranet they believe they see someone else's property.
I would ask them to provide a screen shot and or confirm the Property ID on top of extranet then go to the Circle menus top right , second menu , and click on view my property.
If the property that loads is definitely not theirs, then they should phone BdC Support team and pass on this info. Do not try to use message support team, pick up the phone straight away without further delay and ring.
Hi, I recently changed my capacity for my property double rooms from 1 to 2 guests. However when i search, i still show 1 guest maximum and haven't updated yet
