We recently joined booking.com and we have had some bad experience with your local office. Maybe there is a way i can talk someone live to help me list my property correctly as i want. My problem:  1) Can not book a room for one night. How can we change this ?  2) Remove my old listing. I have 2 listings and i want to remove the old one.

Hey Alex,

Hope you are well.

You need to speak to Partner Services specifically. There is a number on your extranet -> Inbox -> Booking.com messages. On the right hand side. It will say local support. 

When you follow the prompts just make sure you go to the "Extranet setup" option. Those consultants are great!
