Help :Damage deposit issues

Hi Guys

I am fairly new here. I recently had a guest who when against house rule and threw party at my property damaging various items : damaged £400 Tv, decorations broken or missing, blocked drainage, lost keys  leaving property and lockbox wide opened  not counting physical damage to walls etc...

Although I have set up a damage deposit with BDC, it only allows me to set up to £257 for damage deposit. Problem is, the actual damage is way over this amount. How do you guys deal with this situation?

Also when claimed via booking.com hey stated they will wave the commission fee which for this booking is only £25. 

Please help !
