hi iv not been able to access my phone app for pulse is any one else having this isue

my phone ap hasnt worked for 36 hours or more iv tried switching my phone off and on again but i still cant access my pulse app

Go to app store and uninstall it , then install it fresh, and logon.

That will sort it.
