Please have a look at your restrictions...min. night stays etc..
You can always call your local BDC office for support.
If your property is new it will take a little longer to appear by searching by name...

The guest is not respective of my Guest House rules, she has not cancelled and is not replying to any message I send her.

Sorry Karen but this is only a Partner Community not BDC...nobody will call you.
You have to send a message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.
Once you find your way then it will be easy...
Remember beginnings are always difficult..
