If your property is new it will take a little longer to appear by searching by name...

I guess your message received me accidentally, I'm the same host as you, in conversation with booking.com via Extranet.
This booking system is horrendous to get sorted. Please call on *** as requested
Sorry Karen but this is only a Partner Community not BDC...nobody will call you.
You have to send a message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.
Once you find your way then it will be easy...
Remember beginnings are always difficult..
