Host cancellation
I have had to cancel a rude guest. Booking.com mentioned that I need to pay relocation costs and apparently, this is their policy. I cannot find this policy anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?
Dont take any nonsense from them
then if they still insist on charging a relocation when you clearly asked for cancelation, submit the complaint form at bottom of this page.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
