Host cancellation

I have had to cancel a rude guest. Booking.com mentioned that I need to pay relocation costs and apparently, this is their policy. I cannot find this policy anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?

  1. update your New Reservations template with a behaviour policy.
  2. ask for your case to be escaladed to an adult, with a dose of cop on. If guest is being aggressive to you then you 'Reserve the right to refuse'

Dont take any nonsense from them

then if they still insist on charging a relocation when you clearly asked for cancelation, submit the complaint form at bottom of this page.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
