Host Cancellation


My site does not allow bookings less then 7days, when I was setting new rate plan I missed minimum day section. I received a 2 day booking. Within 5 mins of booking I send a cancellation request however the client has refused this. My questions are 1. Why can host not cancel bookings? There should be a time frame where host can cancel bookings? By not allowing host to cancel bookings, if the client shows up and there is no room surely this is a negative experience for client? 2. How can I get this booking cancelled?
