Host needs to cancel double booking
I have a double booking in my condo. I have found plenty of other options within the same location and the same price range, however I cannot get ahold of the guest or Booking.com. I would like to give the guests a full refund. How can I do that?

Double bookings are very frustrating!!!
You have to contact your guests and ask them to cancel to avoid relocation charges…

log in to your extranet, send a message to booking.com to tell them they've caused yet another double booking and they need to cancel it
