Hostile Guests
I am getting bookings from guests who live in " locations " such as Gugulethu in Cape Town.
They are hostile
I sometimes feel intimidated and have to call Adt security and the police.
Also use the Report guest feature under their reservation page, you can block them from future bookings.
hello, do you have a suggestion about what to do when a guest is aggressive, verbally abusive BEFORE arrival? is there any policy in place that we can cite to the case officer we contact, to have the reservation canceled ?
I ask because case officers just say no, but even booking.com must have a sefeguard system for hosts in extreme cases
