Hot water issue in holiday let

Hello

I had a guest arrive yesterday and 2 nights and there is an issue with the boiler and hot water.

As its the weekend I'm having issues getting someone to try and fix it.

Any recommendations on what I can do? I am in touch with the guests and keeping them updated.
